Commands now have correct frontmatter format:
- description (required)
- argument-hint (optional)

Agents now have correct frontmatter format:
- name, description, tools, model, color

Updated plugins:
- conductor v1.0.4: fixed all 5 commands and 1 agent
- startup-business-analyst v1.0.1: fixed all 3 commands
