Avi Miller	24df162978	feat: Add OCI awareness across agents and skills ... Adds awareness of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to any plugin that referenced at least two of the major cloud vendors already. Add .claude-plugin/plugin.json to all 67 remaining plugins and simplify marketplace.json entries by removing redundant fields (keywords, strict, commands, agents, skills, repository) that are now auto-discovered.
