Seth Hobson 782931f1d6 fix(conductor): add missing category field to plugin.json ...

Add required fields for proper plugin discovery:
- Add category: "workflows" (required for marketplace filtering)
- Add homepage and repository URLs
- Update author to match marketplace.json
